Kadence LLC provides a myriad of services in the form of Empowerment Teas. The goal of the Empowerment Tea is to provide a setting where like minded individuals can dialogue and build on topics that will enhance their personal and professional goals.
Tête-à-tête Teas Social sittings hosted by an individual or group. The host provides the theme and topic, and Kadence brings it to life. 	The mission of Kadence Teen is to empower and prepare young women for their future socially and scholastically by presenting workshops and conferences with guest speakers and activities. The activities are geared to prepare the teens for life beyond high school. Some of the activities will include mentoring, shadowing and classroom auditing.
	Empowerment Workshops Inspirational workshops designed to empower young people to establish goals, bolster their self-worth and achieve their full potential. Geared towards students in grades 6-12.
